Great experience! After contacting AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables online about a car I was interested in, someone from the dealer contacted me promptly. Soon after, After contacting AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables online about a car I was interested in, someone from the dealer contacted me promptly. Soon after, Mr. Jans Alvarez made sure the car I wanted to purchase was at this particular location. He texted me the same night to let me know my car had arrived. The next day, upon arriving at the dealer, Mr. Janz proceed to greet me, handled me the car keys and we went for a drive. My family and I inspected the car to the best of our knowledge and decided to start with the buying process. Also, Mr. James, the finance guy, was practical; open to reasonably negotiate the interest rate and provided me with a favorable care plan for my car. The only inconvenience: I was only given one car key. But, overall, I was very satisfied with the buying process and the business transaction. Got out of the dealer driving my new car, which was clean inside and out with a full tank. Up to now, I haven't had any issues with my car. It's been driving smoothly. Terrible service and repair My family and I have been loyal customers to this dealership for several years. However, after my experience today I will never return to this dealers My family and I have been loyal customers to this dealership for several years. However, after my experience today I will never return to this dealership. I will also never purchase another Chevy. I own a 2011 Chevy Cruze with under 50,000 miles. I came in last month with a coolant leak. I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Jorge Garcia. He told me Chevys are terrible buys as they frequently suffer from coolant leaks. He checked the car and told me the leak was caused by a leaking hose. He fixed the hose and I was charged $191.85. Within 24 hrs, the check engine light came on again and advised that the car was overheating due to the coolant leak. I returned the car to the dealership. Jorge Garcia was again assigned to work on the car. Jorge check the car and told me it was a different issue causing the leak and I would not be charged for service because this issue was actually covered under the policy. I was pleasant and understanding. I returned today to pick up the vehicle. I requested my money back for the last visit to the dealership (given the coolant leak was clearly not a fixed). The cashier called Jorge Garcia, but when he answered the phone he told her he was too busy and to just tell me that I wasn't going to be returned the money. The cashier then spoke with her manager, Raul Morales. Raul came out and advised that the Chevrolet dealership would not refund the money because Chevys are known to have coolant leaks and it is normal to have another coolant leak within 24 hrs after a repair by the Chevrolet dealership. He then implied that I was lying about having a coolant leak within 24 hrs as I had not come back to the dealership the very next day. I was shocked. (Note, I still have receipts for the coolant that I had to purchase the very next day.) I had to explain to him that I work and the dealership is far away from my job. He told me he would speak to his manager Henry Pinillos. Within 5 minutes he came back and told me that Henry said the Chevrolet dealership would not return my money. Henry hid in his office and never came out to speak with me. I've never been more shocked by poor customer service. Congratulations AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables you made $191.85 and have lost several loyal customers today. I will continue to tell friends and family about this experience. More

I searched online for a used Corvette and made an appointment to go to AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables to see and drive a 2013 Corvette. Here is what happened over the next few days. Sunday evening, we completed the agreement, including an additional package to cover Gap Insurance, Maintenance, Rental reimbursement and Towing. The tire monitor warning light came on while I was driving home. So, I communicated via email, with an AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables employee I worked with during the purchase, about the warning light and was told any AutoNation could take care of the problem. Since AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables is over an hour from my home, I found one nearby and made an appointment online for Monday. Monday, I went to the AutoNation close by and they had no idea I was coming, did not understand the problem, or why I came to them. They told me they could not work on the car, only change oil and rotate tires on a Corvette. So, I left. I went home and made an appointment with the Chevrolet dealer near me. Tuesday I took the car to the dealer early in the morning and paid for a Lyft to get to work. I called the AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables employee I worked with and expressed concern about not having anything to show the dealer about the coverage I had purchased. He told me it was all available under my vin number but he promised to scan and send it to me so I could have it and could send it to the dealership. He did not send me anything so when I got back to the dealership to pick it up they said, yes, it stated I had a non-GM contract but no other information about who it was with, who to call, etc. so it was worthless. So, I paid for the repair out of pocket. They said the problem was that AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables did not correctly run the electronics for the tires after changing them. Thursday it started running rough, no warning lights so I thought I maybe I was just in the wrong gear(?). Friday it took multiple tries to start, still no warning lights. After work I drove to Walmart to shop on my way home. After shopping it would not start and the check engine light came on. I called the Chevrolet dealer and they guessed it was the battery. AAA came out and checked the battery and said it was fine (AutoNation stated the battery was dead when they got it days later and that is why it would not start. Not true according to AAA). So, I called AAA again for a tow and took it up to the Chevrolet dealership near my home (the tow cost was too high to take it all the way back to AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables). Of course, there was no way to use the towing coverage I supposedly had so I paid the mileage, above what my membership covered, out of pocket. Saturday, first thing, I let AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables know I wanted to return the vehicle, as they stated was possible. They gave me the run around for 3 days and would not speak to me about how to resolve the problem and return the vehicle. I finally asked a third party to assist me, he did, and the issue was resolved, almost a month later. From my viewpoint AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables: sold me a used car that turned out to be a lemon did not live up to the customer promise to be able to return the car no questions asked with full refund sold me coverage that was worthless demonstrated poor customer service by leaving me without information or response for days. They never apologized for or offered to cover the costs that were supposedly covered by the package I paid for I've never had such an unpleasant car purchase experience and I will never work with AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables or probably any AutoNation again. More

He called me 1 hour before our appointment and said it is still available. When I got there, he was very disinterested and he sent someone who can barely talk English. I couldn't understand most of the things he told me. When we went to see the car, he told me the car is not available, and he tried to show me other cars that are way more expensive than I wanted. He was constantly asking my budget and how I pay even before, he showed me the car. This place was totally disappointment to me. I don't recommend anyone to go there. More
