Hice cita para un cambio de aceite a las 7:30am y la espera fue de 2 horas al final tuve que levantarme y preguntar si ya habian terminado ya el carro estab listo pero el papel se habia quedado en otro espera fue de 2 horas al final tuve que levantarme y preguntar si ya habian terminado ya el carro estab listo pero el papel se habia quedado en otro vehiculo y el duenio del vehiculo se lo trajo al muchacho que me estaba ayudando menos mal que la otra persona fue buena en regresar el papel junto con la llave, un descuido total del mecanico, despues tuve que esperar por un ticket que ellos dijeron que la persona que hacia eso no estaba es primera vez que me pasa esto, he comprado dos vehiculos en este dealer y nunca habia tendio mala atencion hasta ahora, no se si es porque era un Toyota el que estaba llevando el primer cambio de aceite lo hice tambien alli mismo.
