Well at the service desk it went well but I took the suburban for an oil change, tire rotation, well I don’t know what you guys call a maintenance service I also asked about a sound that the suburban do suburban for an oil change, tire rotation, well I don’t know what you guys call a maintenance service I also asked about a sound that the suburban does when shifting to see if they can check it I bought the suburban at that dealership and they couldn’t do the tire rotation nor check the sound the suburban was giving to me with the driver side carpet stained with boot mark with oil they didn’t put a paper mat nor wash the suburban like in other dealers im not happy with the oil change they didn’t even check the tire pressure nor the liquids and I took the suburban at 10:30 am and the suburban was giving to me at 4:00 pm so they had enough time to check everything and wash the truck More
