I left my car and it sat for 5 days with zero communication. When I could call, there was either no answer or a response of “I will communicate with the mechanic” would come back. When pressed to talk to someone, the dealership would hang up on you. After 5 days of incurring the expense of Ubering, I went and picked up my car. No one had looked at it and nothing had been done.
