As an owner of several businesses, I expect a higher level of service when I'm in the market to purchase a high-ticket item. Integrity, honesty, and communication are crucial to me. Living several hours North of this dealership made me skeptical about taking time out of my day to look at a car that I really didn't need. The salesman and the GM that I was connected to had to impress me for me to agree to visit the dealership. I have developed trust issues over the years of buying and selling cars at dealerships. 1000% I highly recommend this dealership and OCTAVIO my salesman. They went above and beyond, kept true to their words, delivered my new purchase with a midnight delivery because they did not want to let me down. They continue to impress me even after the sale.
