Best service ever! We bought our Suburban at another dealer and were less than satisfied with the service department and actually considered not keeping the car. I bought a Mini Cooper Countryman from them. After 3 years, I decided to take the car to get serviced. I was giving them another chance after a bad experience with them 3 years ago with a Chevy After 3 years, I decided to take the car to get serviced. I was giving them another chance after a bad experience with them 3 years ago with a Chevy Spark I also bought from them. They said they didn’t service Minus, because it was a BMW engine. After arguments and discussion, they accepted to take the car in. When it was time to pick it up, after I paid, I went to my car in the parking lot, and it just wouldn’t start even after jumping it. They just left me there with no one around to help. I had to get a towing truck to get it out of there. Your service is not good. Never will I use Autonation’s service again. More
