I have already spoke to the service Manager,Armando R. sales manager, and general manager Alain Josep I have been at the store multiple times . They refuse to fix scratches that my car has from being in sales manager, and general manager Alain Josep I have been at the store multiple times . They refuse to fix scratches that my car has from being in the show room which I show to the salesperson & others, I've been there since day one, they detail the car high all the Scratches, first watches all the Scratches came out, they say they were going to fix, And I did the same thing detail Instead of fixing it right. I have a com. guarantee work for $1,500 There's many companies out there that will do it apparently, in autonation Chevrolet Coral Gables does not have the qualified personnel to do it. On top of that the roof panel that between the trunk and the roof is hit on one side and shift it on the other, spoke to the General Motor guy Joe Chan he said he will look into it, I left him plenty emails he hasn't not have the decency to reply my emails. In another words they sold me a new car that it's been accident, General manager Alain Josep gives me different story, I just wish I never have to set foot on the store again (BAD BUSINESS) I will take my car for service somewhere else & my money. This is our 4th Malibu Premier in the last 7 years. Would have liked it in Red( not to be found anywhere), but black is also beautiful. It is a good car, but I just like my Malibu better and we traded that car in for a 2022 Malibu. Hope Chevrolet will keep making them to us it is the best looking and driving car. More
