I called the service department for a transmission fluid service on my Tahoe. An estimate of $366 was given to me over the phone. On the day of the appointment this price change to an extra of $40 dollars. service on my Tahoe. An estimate of $366 was given to me over the phone. As a customer I honestly don't like surprises where I have to pay extra. If a price is given to me that's what I expect to pay. It is not professional to change the prices on the appoitment day.
