My visit was regarding a manufacturer recall. It was easy to schedule the appointment online and communication was good via text and email. It took four phone calls and each time being transferred and leaving messages to get an appt for a recall! Everyone taking my calls was nice, but no one returned my calls! I had another problem that I asked them to look at and when I went to get my car, I asked about it. The lady checking me out said, "didn't they tell you when they called to say your car was ready?" Then she had to page the young man twice and when he got back to the desk, he said the part was too old and they couldn't get it to fix the car. More

I took my Tahoe in for an oil change and tire rotation. They jumped right on it and I only had to wait a short time before they were finished and I was on my way.
