I had to schedule a manufacture recall on my truck. Service writer Ann took care of me through the entire process. Offered to pick me up and take me home. I was able to buy my vehicle from Autonation Chevy Cadillac West Amarillo with ease; however, when I had went to get my vehicle fixed due to the car jerking (plus multiple other error messages appeari Cadillac West Amarillo with ease; however, when I had went to get my vehicle fixed due to the car jerking (plus multiple other error messages appearing on the dash) this dealership took over 10 months to get my vehicle in to get fixed. When I first took my vehicle in, it took them over 10 hours JUST to do the diagnostic. Then, I was told that I would be contacted within a week to schedule a time to get my car fixed (keep in mind that I live 2 hours away from Amarillo). Well, two weeks had passed, and I had not heard a single thing back from the dealership, so I called them and was told the parts still weren't in and that they would call me when they got in. I started calling about every week for 3 months to no avail. I had gotten a new phone, so I lost the phone number directly to the dealership; however, I still had the same phone number that they could have called, which they did not. I finally got back in contact with the dealership after contacting corporate about my experience 7 months after the initial diagnosis. I had also contacted my warranty office for my car, and they had informed me that my initial claim had been closed by Autonation itself. When I got in contact with Autonation finally, I was told that they would have to reorder the parts because they were sent back. Over the next 3 months, I kept waiting and waiting for a call back... again. I then finally got in contact with another representative from Autonation who informed me that one of the parts for my car was on national backorder, and that might have been the reason I hadn't gotten a call back. I don't know why I wasn't told about the backorder because whenever I talked to the representative I've been working with since January, they just kept telling me that all the parts should be in "soon." I finally got my car into the dealership and received it back with everything being supposedly fixed which is great. I would recommend going to either another Autonation, or another dealership entirely unless you want to spend 10 months worrying if your vehicle will ever get fixed or not. More

I go to Ann Smith for my service needs. She is absolutely the best! She is always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She listens to me and I trust her advice as to what needs to She is absolutely the best! She is always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She listens to me and I trust her advice as to what needs to be done to my car. Ann goes the extra step to make sure everything is good with my car before I leave. If Ann can't help me right away, someone is there to greet me when I pull my car in and they are always courteous and make sure I'm taken care of.
