I wish there was less than 1 star. The sales portion of my experience was good. Although I was told the cars are checked out before being sold. I think they skipped mine. I bought a used car. Evidently you have to buy a new car to get any attention or help in the service dept. There are things wrong with my car. I had an appointment to have it checked out. Remember I said "appointment". I sat in the waiting area for 6 1/2 hours with no updates whatsoever. I finally had to go out to find out what was going on. The mechanic did take me for a ride to find out the noise I wanted checked out. He said they would fix my issues and I could be on my way. NOT! Then service advisor, Paul, came to tell me after sitting for that 6 1/2 hrs. that he and the mechanic thought I should take my car and go home. Paul said I would be called when they found out what my dealer warranty would cover. No call. It was supposed to be a day or 2. So I started the phone game of leaving messages or no answers at all. No calls returned. Finally I did get in touch with Paul. I had another appointment for a warranty person to take pictures and videos of the issues. Long story short, even though there is much much more that occurred, 3 weeks from beinning to present I still have not heard from anyone. And am back to the phone game, no responses to messages, no phone answering. I don't know when my warranty runs out, but I'm guessing they will let that run until I will have to pay for the work. I even left a message for manager to call me. Again, no response. More

The customer service I received was very good for my oil change and I didn't have to wait very long at the dealership. I've visited 2 times for oil changes on my recently purchased Silverado. Each time I requested a repair to a mud flap that was damaged since I purchased the vehicle. Each time I was told parts needed t purchased Silverado. Each time I requested a repair to a mud flap that was damaged since I purchased the vehicle. Each time I was told parts needed to be ordered to complete the repair and I would be contacted in about I week. Never got called from the first visit. On the second visit I discovered that service writer was no longer with the company. Its been 3 weeks since the last oil change and promise to order parts. I have not been contacted and expect I will never be contacted. Since they cannot complete this simple warranty repair, I expect the warranty I purchased will be useless, too. More
Service manager agreed to honor a 25% off letter that I had misplaced. Had been a couple of weeks earlier for an oil change and est. on rear brakes. Called service and when the mgr. agreed to honor 25% off a brake job, I agreed to bring the car in. When I got the bill all they deducted was $150. not 25%. Said they never allow more than $150. off labor and parts. He refused to honor his agreement. I will not use this dealer again for anything More
I had my car towed on for service. $2700.00 for the alternator and linkage casing. I was not offered a rental car as Sands Chevrolet does. They said they don't do that. When I asked for a discount after speaking with the service manager he offered $150.00 and said that was all he could do. $1900.00 just in labor cost. Then I had to get my own new battery and take it in. I felt they were more concerned about their money than the customer. More
They had my vehicle for over a month (due to backorder part). They didn't offer a vehicle or any option for transportation during this time. I have to trust my vehicle maintenance and will be finding a new dealership. More

This place and its employees are ripping off their customers. Had to take my 18 Silverado in for a recall and needed an oil change as well. I also asked to have my tiers rotated. Because of the xxxx poor service I have received at Sands Chevrolet I refuse to pay for service until I have inspected their work and check to make sure they did not steel anything out of my truck. They did not check any of my fluids they did not do a full inspection and they did not rotate my tires. How every they did rummage through my center console. I took photos of its contents before giving my truck to them because employees at Sands stole stuff out of my truck. Never again will I take my vehicles to any dealership for service and I will be filing a formal complaint with GM after all we are all customers of GM not these sleazy dealerships. More
