I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Upon arrival they told me 1-1 1/2 hours to get it done. It took over 2 hours. This is unacceptable for a simple oil change with an appointment. He was nice and professional, however he should of gotten me out of there sooner. I will try this dealership one more time. If they can't respect their appointments I will go somewhere else. More

They serviced my car with perfection and even provided a print out with future services needed with pricing. Very much appreciated Scott Randel! I had an appointment for Friday at 7 am. They didn't get to my car until Monday afternoon. I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. I was never called to confirm my status, the calls were alway to my car until Monday afternoon. I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. I found the entire experience stressful and underwhelming. More
Everyone is pleasant, helpful and they seem to be glad they are there. One service advisor, P was not like this and I’m thinking it was personal or his cat died or something. No smile, greeting, glum face, I thought I had done something. Two days later (that’s how long it took) he’s happy, smiling and appearing to be like a real service advisor! Like 2 different people! Sheesh! The work done was detailed in a report. Things were checked that I hadn’t asked for. The end result was good! More
