When I made my service appointment I was told that my vehicle was under warranty,(I gave VIN to confirm). After they inspected my car I was told the repair was going to be $600 because it was not under w vehicle was under warranty,(I gave VIN to confirm). After they inspected my car I was told the repair was going to be $600 because it was not under warranty, and they also were charging me $150 for a 5 minute diagnostic procedure. After talking to the service manager, he so graciously reduced it to $75, for a diagnosis I already knew, but was told they'd repair under warranty. They were also originally not going to do the safety recall because of the car having a salvage title. Safety recalls apply to even salvage titles, that was the reason I specifically asked about warranty when I made the appointment. Needless to say I would not recommend this dealer for service work. My appointment was first thing in the morning for an oil change & multi point inspection. My rep stated it'll take about an hour or an hour & half; however, it took about 2 hours & half. At about the 2 hour mark had to ask my rep why it was taking longer then told, she said they got backed up? When they finally brought my car, the oil change setting in my dashboard was not restarted. The new sticker with next oil change info was not changed. And I'm the pretty sure they did not do the multipoint inspection appropriately as it stated my horn work but it did not. When I asked the rep about this info, they told me they can check the horn but I'd have to stay all day. As if. I gave them the option to come back another day which they were okay with. After coming back a second appointment, I've decided not to ever come back to this dealership even though this is where I originally purchased my car. It feels like they're not doing their job, and when they do its forced and done wrong. More

They did a great job repairing my truck. Because of the parts shortage it ended up taking several weeks, so they were kind enough to rented me a car.
