My experience was exceptional. I reached out to the dealership in regards to my recall. I was contacted by the scheduling person who is very informative and flexible with my sche I reached out to the dealership in regards to my recall. I was contacted by the scheduling person who is very informative and flexible with my schedule. I was contacted by Scott who is my advisor reminding me of my appointment for days before. When I arrived Scott met me at my vehicle introduced himself and explained the entire process from start to finish. I was advised that my car would be ready later that afternoon. Scott kept me informed of the status of my car throughout the day and the expected time of completion. Once the car was completed I was able to co e and pick it up with all of my expectations met. I was treated as a valued customer. I will definitely bring my other vehicles in for service at this dealership. I would also like to add that I was able to speak to the Service manager Mike who made me feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle. Great job to you Mike and your team. More
My appointment was for 10:00 AM I arrived at 9:50 AM. I waited at the dealership during my service visit. It took 2 hours 20 minutes to get an oil change. this is way too long for someone to wait that h I waited at the dealership during my service visit. Good luck in the past, not so good this visit. Asked to check passenger side headlight and headlight adjust. Not done. Also, check on rattle/clatter type noise. Nothing found. First let me say that I am fussy and try and keep my 2008 Corvette in tip top shape. I do my own detailing every couple of years. Having said that, I have no complaints about the actual fix that I brought th Corvette in tip top shape. I do my own detailing every couple of years. Having said that, I have no complaints about the actual fix that I brought the car in for (coolant leak). But I am complaining about the lack of care of the car. I prefer the exterior of the car not to be touched but the interior was fairly dirty when I picked it up...grease on the driver door panel, on the centre armrest. There was a chip taken out of the radiator. And there was a low impact on the front right end (like it was backed off of a curb or something of similar height) which caused the paint to crack on he underside of the bumper. I pointed this out to my service co-ordinator and had him take a picture. I noticed when I got home that the paint was damaged further underneath the bumper (separated from the bumper and eventually flaked off). This is one reason I hate taking my car to dealers.....the car is very low and not driven with do care. More
The service was fine. But like others have said, an oil change with an appointment should not have taken 7 hours. Especially after being told it should be done in 1-1.5.
