First let me say that I am fussy and try and keep my 2008 Corvette in tip top shape. I do my own detailing every couple of years. Having said that, I have no complaints about the actual fix that I brought th Corvette in tip top shape. I do my own detailing every couple of years. Having said that, I have no complaints about the actual fix that I brought the car in for (coolant leak). But I am complaining about the lack of care of the car. I prefer the exterior of the car not to be touched but the interior was fairly dirty when I picked it up...grease on the driver door panel, on the centre armrest. There was a chip taken out of the radiator. And there was a low impact on the front right end (like it was backed off of a curb or something of similar height) which caused the paint to crack on he underside of the bumper. I pointed this out to my service co-ordinator and had him take a picture. I noticed when I got home that the paint was damaged further underneath the bumper (separated from the bumper and eventually flaked off). This is one reason I hate taking my car to dealers.....the car is very low and not driven with do care. More

The service was fine. But like others have said, an oil change with an appointment should not have taken 7 hours. Especially after being told it should be done in 1-1.5. zero stars would be more like it to be honest. I used to come here a lot to have my vehicle serviced, inspected, oil change, etc and trusted them. This recent trip was to replace a faulty bat I used to come here a lot to have my vehicle serviced, inspected, oil change, etc and trusted them. This recent trip was to replace a faulty battery (which they installed over a year and sometime ago) and an oil change turned out they damaged the rear wiper and rear wiper fluid where now they no longer work, my glovebox light no longer works and who knows what else. we pulled backing the garage as we were driving off and noticed these things. they kept the car another day...(a total of 3 days at this point) and no resolution. I would imagine if a car comes into with a battery issue it might be wise enough to check other things to find out why a few batteries int he last couple of years are going out on this car...is it something else with the vehicle or what? I paid for a multipoint inspection and told them of the areas of concern, they said everything fine...no issues, even though my previous service provider (who is no longer there) showed me the issues the last time I had a multipoint done and advised me on possible solutions...I wanted to see how much the issues progressed, nothing. seems like half-assed workmanship if you can call it that. I mentioned to the service advisor, Scott R about the engine cover and said everythings good, when I physically opened the hood (because he couldn't figure out how to..come on!) he said oh I didn't know thats what you meant...so clearly they dont listen or check for anything. they tried to upsell me on a xxx AuoNation battery...no thanks. dont think this business will be doing too well soon. Mike the manager has been impossible to get ahold of and there has been zero accountability on their part. this place is a joke and will no longer return for service...they will need to provide remediation to these issues. More
I had a 9:00 for an oil change. They had me add a tire change and engine air filter. I did not get my car back till 12:00. I gave them 2 stars because they did complete the work I asked them to do. More
I DO NOT recommend this location for any service. And when you do try to do you due diligence and try to call to figure out what you need to do to get it taken care of the poor excuse for a manager, Mike, will dodge your multiple calls and voicemails. I'm not sure if it's because he saw I was a young woman that he thought he could not treat us fairly but we have been calling service for a full month practically begging for someone to just call us back and they don't have the decency to do so. We've been coming to this location for YEARS and that's ending now. The service manager has ZERO INTEGRITY. When I told the service advisor to ask the manager why he was not returning our calls ha had th audacity to say "well you're going to have to talk to him about that" Dude did you not hear me, I have been trying to talk to him. He's your manager! I hung up after he literally told me I was "ranting" and yelled on the phone at me to stop talking. You don't treat customers like that. We have been doing everything possible to contact you all, even going to old advisors at different location to contact you. When we did, the Scott Randall (advisor) said "I got an email from Doug to contact you but I thought the manager was going to do it." WOW. You thought. No communication internally and leaving the customers hanging. This place is not worth your time or money. BUYER BEWARE! This service department is the WORST we have ever experience and it's sad because we've given them a lot of business. More
