My experience was exceptional. I reached out to the dealership in regards to my recall. When I arrived Scott met me at my vehicle introduced himself and explained the entire process from start to finish. I was advised that my car would be ready later that afternoon. Scott kept me informed of the status of my car throughout the day and the expected time of completion. Once the car was completed I was able to co e and pick it up with all of my expectations met. I was treated as a valued customer. I will definitely bring my other vehicles in for service at this dealership. My appointment was for 10:00 AM I arrived at 9:50 AM. I waited at the dealership during my service visit.
