Scott and Tom were super helpful when I took my 2021 Yukon Denali in to have them check it out. We had purchased it from a different dealership and it came with the GMC logo illuminated on the front... Yukon Denali in to have them check it out. The other dealership had told us repeatedly that it was working, but we never saw it. A friend recommended this service department and they were very helpful in diagnosing the problem.... it was hooked up to the daytime running lights and when you turned on the headlights at night... it turned off. While they weren't able to change the wiring to a headlight vs DTR light (I assume warranty issues), they at least spent more time with me and confirmed that it did work. Hubby at home got it wired correctly, no fault codes and it looks the way it should! :) We will definitely be back as they were very careful in keeping the vehicle clean and protected, and spent enough time with me so I understood the problem and could relay it to my husband at home. More

Very unsatisfied. Had a scheduled appointment at 7:20, was told it would be about 90 minutes at 9:15 my service advisor told me the tech she thought was doing my truck Had a scheduled appointment at 7:20, was told it would be about 90 minutes at 9:15 my service advisor told me the tech she thought was doing my truck wasn't there, so my truck just got put on the rack and it wouldn't be long. Finally, at 10:30 I was told it was done. I wasn't planning on spending over 3 hours to get an alignment If I would have been told 3 hours, I wouldn't have waited there I would have gone home and got ready for work instead of rushing to work after getting my truck. We had an appointment for an oil change which should only take about 30 minutes at the most. We waited 2 hours for our oil change to be completed. This really isn't acceptable. This service department hasn't been great. I had an appointment for an oil change and rotation. I got there at noon--the scheduled time. I waited 5 minutes for someone to tell me they would "g I had an appointment for an oil change and rotation. I got there at noon--the scheduled time. I waited 5 minutes for someone to tell me they would "go look for my Service Advisor." Another 5 minutes passed and then I was advised he was at lunch. What? Another advisor took my info. I expressed I wanted the balance checked on my front tire. The original advisor came and got me when the car was done. He wasn't particularly apologetic for previously being unavailable. He said balance checked isn't normally covered but everything checked out. I told him I have an extended service plan. And the vehicle is still under a bumper to bumper warranty. He explained the tires aren't included in bumper to bumper. Really? They must be outside the bumpers. Noted! When I buy my next $40,000 car I will keep these things in mind.
