I am very dissatisfied with the service department. I scheduled for a routine oil change service a week ahead of time and pulled in yesterday , a half an hour early. The issue with Internet connection and the WiFi Hot Spot was handled quickly and professionally. when I called to make the appointment I was not told of the $159.00 charge for diagnostic. and time to wait for the car was not possible. Poor communication of what to expect to get my car service.
