My service advisor, Michael Kane, took the time to review my service records so that I was ordering services to my Tahoe required at that time. I appreciated his effort. I specifically explained my issue with my vehicle and it was not addressed. The tire was not even taken off and looked at. Cherish was my Service Advisor. She is very knowledgeable about chevrolet's and service. She kept me in the loop on what was going on with my vehicle.
