The rates were too high. Just one small part was put ( 68$ )but with all the miscellaneous charges the bill was 300$.too much money. Took vehicle in to find out why there was a hesitation again at speeds under 25mph like a few months ago, that had been a warranty spark plug issue. Charged about $150 for diagnosis and 4 hours later to b again at speeds under 25mph like a few months ago, that had been a warranty spark plug issue. Charged about $150 for diagnosis and 4 hours later to be informed that it maybe the gas we are using. Been using same gas from the day purchased. Will try a high octane as suggested for a couple fill ups. More
Service advisor ignored my arrival for 15min. Then my oil change/tire rotation took 4hrs with no updates or info. As I checked on the status my service advisor didn’t even remember I was her cust Then my oil change/tire rotation took 4hrs with no updates or info. As I checked on the status my service advisor didn’t even remember I was her customer. She then gave me the “15min” line and was in for another 35min. Last but not least I had to return to the dealership as I was 5 miles away. The tech didn’t give me back my wheel lock. Worst experience hands down. More
