Every time I have gone it’s been a good experience always easy they do a great job. I was in for an oil change this time they found something else wrong let me know. Aa a longtime customer of this dealership, I was very disappointed when my requests for service were ignored via voicemail last week. Since I had zero luck getting someone to answer their xxxx phone, I drove into service center to schedule in person on Saturday 9/10 am. I was immediately greeted by a young man who told me John will visit with me shortly. John Del Pozzo was the service rep who took over from there and got my service done on the spot. I received the service I had become accustomed to years ago. More

If I could give negative stars on this place I would. The service here is awful from the service advisors (Scott) to the general manager (Scott stapley). This place is a such a joke. My car brakes gave out and when I pick it up a week later, that same day I was stranded on the side of the freeway and found out a needed a new engine???? How did I pick up my car that was supposed to be fixed for the brakes and need a whole new engine? Then they tried to tell me I had to pay out of pocket over 3 grand but when I called my Warranty company suddenly I no longer owe them a penny anymore. I tried to call and speak with someone above scott and was told someone would call and never heard back from anyone. So far my car has been at autonation for a MONTH. I picked up my car this morning and it was not fixed at all, making a bunch of noise. There is no way someone test drove my car and thought it would be ok to leave the shop. I had to pull to the side of the road and two guys stopped and tried to helped. They jacked up my car and the hubcap fell off along with the lug nuts. My tire was hanging on by a thread. How does a repair shop not know how to put a tire on properly???? In the past month my service advisor has not called but TEXTED me all of three times to keep me updated. I went in today to speak with anyone above him. The service manager quit (i wonder why) the assistant manager (Howard) was very unfriendly and did not care to help at all. He said"oh I know who you are, you can wait for the manager". We waited over an hour to see him and he never came to speak with me. I am a short blonde female and the men that work here think that they can do whatever they want because of the way I look. I have missed days of work because they wont give me a rental car and am a student paying my way through school. I will never be going to another autonation and do not recommend this place at all. I'm almost convinced they tried to kill me not putting my tire back on right after I didn't like the way they thought they could get thousands of dollars from me. All these people do is give excuses on what's wrong but don't seem to know how to fix a car. More
