I left the dealership very frustrated and disappointed with my service advisor. It took them 48 hours to find two small rattles in my dash but the main reason I went in was I was hearing a noise in my rea with my service advisor. It took them 48 hours to find two small rattles in my dash but the main reason I went in was I was hearing a noise in my rear brakes my service advisor refused to check it out, telling me all Silverado‘s make that noise. I find that hard to believe because it didn’t start making a noise until two months ago. this is my fourth Silverado and have not heard that noise from any of my other trucks Also, during my visit, I had to call my service advisor for updates because he was not contacting me at all. After this experience, I would not recommend going there for service. More
I wanted my trailblazer in Oasis blue. I HAD to HAVE it. At the time they were the only ones in the whole state to have one. I told them I’d be there the next day to have it and I was. I always have high confidence in repairs performed at this service location. The costs are a bit high, but that is not a problem specifically with this dealership. My only issue that prevents a perfect rating for this dealership is the length of time it takes to get service scheduled (I had to wait 2 weeks to get a scheduled appointment for a check engine light) and the length of time to complete repair actions.
