I was very pleased with my recent experience. My car was returned to me in great condition. My only concern was the time frame I was presented with. I was scheduled for a 30 minute time slot so I My car was returned to me in great condition. My only concern was the time frame I was presented with. I was scheduled for a 30 minute time slot so I thought I'd just wait for the work to be completed, a simple oil change. The service writer told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half so I had my husband come pick me up. I didn't receive a call that the car was done until four hours later... All in all I really should have planned ahead and just planned on leaving the car for the day. More
I had a 11:30 am appointment for an oil change for my 2016 3500hd. I also had asked if they could troubleshoot why my collision alert will not shut off. I was told that they couldn’t fix my collision ale 2016 3500hd. I also had asked if they could troubleshoot why my collision alert will not shut off. I was told that they couldn’t fix my collision alert problem, they only do oil changes and replace broken parts by my service advisor! He then stated it would cost me $190 dollars to look at the issue, they would have my truck for 2-3 more days and they wouldn’t fix the issue. I told him to just do the oil change. He said it would be about 2 hours. My service advisor also tried to sell me 2 services I had completed on my previous appointment! At 5 pm I made several calls trying to get a status of my vehicle. After 3 attempts I finally got a human to answer the phone who sent me to my service advisors voicemail. I got no return call that day. The next morning it took me 5 attempts to get a human to answer the phone. I explained I was trying to get a status of my oil change from yesterday. She told me that my service advisor didn’t come to work and she would have someone contact me. 1.5 hours later I was called that my truck was ready! More
my oil change went well. I was surprised to hear after aprox. 55,000 miles My fronty brakes are still real good. That is what i wa told. Very good news to my ears. I never had font brakes last past 50 or 60,000 miles at the most in the past. they washed my truck after the oil change that was apreceated too as well. i guessd the machine doesn't dry it anymore so the attendent was kind enough to go around with a dry cloth to dry my tr uck. he got about 975 of it dry and t hen i grabb ed the rag a nd firnuished drying the wet spots. the only mi nd bogger to me was whty not only they moved an d chnged my seat but also changed all my mirrors . Now tyo me for a oil change not a drive in the city ehy did they have to touch all 3 mirrors. that i didn't like at all. oh and my seaty was already pretty far ba xx and the guy driving it was not a giant so I felt he really didn't ne3ed to mess with the seat either. so moving the seat and all my 3 mirrors i am nopt very please at all about that. thank you.. oh and I thought it was pretty pricey for an ouil change a lot more money than my last o ne at the same place.. Took long time to schedule appointment for oil change and tire rotation. At appointment service took over two hours. After service, i notice my car (2021 Suburban) starts to shimmy at 70 mph. Tire rotatio tire rotation. At appointment service took over two hours. After service, i notice my car (2021 Suburban) starts to shimmy at 70 mph. Tire rotation did not include balancing tires so i had to schedule another appointment to have the tires balanced. Of course, the appointment could not be scheduled sooner than a week. More

They did me right, went in thinking front in alignment, but come to find out tires just needed some balancing. Scott really took care of me, that’s why I always take my truck to them.
