AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead - Service Center

i was apprehensive at first but the further i went with the program the more comfortable i was with the situation . we bought our new chevy trax here and they have been just really great with everthing esp the program the more comfortable i was with the situation . we bought our new chevy trax here and they have been just really great with everthing especially the communication required to get "things done ". my husband wants to buy a new buick but i drive the trax most of the time and i m going to stay with the trax.i love it, it turns on a dime ,it rides good gas mileage is good the only issue has been the drivers side door which not close real good but we have to take it somwhere else in the dealership to have checked and fixed. but this car is mine and i love it!! Since I started going to AutoNation a couple of years ago this was by far the worst experience I have had. Scheduled appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I've left 2 voicemails for my service Rep Michael Kane and have not heard back. I paid for a fuel system cleaning and with the way everything went I have no way of knowing if it was done. at the time Michael said to contact him to make arrangements for a repair center to make repairs.
