The service experience is always a nightmare. We had an 8am appointment time and were first in line, at 740 am. We went back to check on our truck at 10am and Cassie looked at me and rolled her We had an 8am appointment time and were first in line, at 740 am. We went back to check on our truck at 10am and Cassie looked at me and rolled her eyes when I asked how much longer it might be. She said, "uh, we obviously had a lot come in at 8..." An answer of "30 more minutes" or even an hour would have been more welcome than an eye roll. An oil change takes entirely too long. We are just finishing out the oil change program in our offer because they are free still, but will then go to a more reliable, faster, and much nicer service dealer (Street Toyota). More

My wife had requested an appointment and was able to get one very quickly. The service department did a little more than asked. Although it cost us more money, I would much rather them do too much than not one very quickly. The service department did a little more than asked. Had an appointment to get my oil changed, tires rotated and a alignment done. It took a little time but Tammy made sure we were comfortable. I had an issue and had to return. Love my Dearlership. . they are polite & professional, Courtesy Car Driver is also.. I drop off my Traverse for it's checkup (oil change, tire rotations, etc).. They call . they are polite & professional, Courtesy Car Driver is also.. I drop off my Traverse for it's checkup (oil change, tire rotations, etc)..
