They are shorthanded but if you have a little bit of patience they will work with you and try to help you out as much as they can. The service experience is always a nightmare. We had an 8am appointment time and were first in line, at 740 am. An answer of "30 more minutes" or even an hour would have been more welcome than an eye roll. An oil change takes entirely too long. We are just finishing out the oil change program in our offer because they are free still, but will then go to a more reliable, faster, and much nicer service dealer (Street Toyota). More
