AutoNation Chevrolet Amarillo - Service Center

My 2020 Premier Blazer only has less than 15,000 miles and my tires are slick. Took my Blazer on Wednesday, April 6th for tires, My husband called prior for an appointment and to let them know my tires and my tires are slick. On Friday we check the status and all they could say was sorry…we couldn’t find any tires. Again these are tires that were on the Blazer when we bought it. We will never purchase another vehicle from Plains Chevrolet again. My husband also has a truck we purchased from Plains. Rotten service! More

Slow on tough jobs but eventually get it done. Need to focus on priorities. Management needs to constantly manage the priorities so the mechanics can focus on the vehicles.
