The service mgr. tells you they can’t fix your vehicle so come pick it up and take it to a high performance center ? Did I mention minor damages on the exterior , damaged , drained batteries and oh yeah guess what the original diagnostic reading three months ago are still the same readings today …. So in that case did they actually repair my vehicle ? More

And I called 3 different numbers for service and never got an answer on any. Even left a voicemail and don’t get a response. Truck has 500 miles on it. Brand new, CEL 3 times and nobody is being helpful. Lemon law has almost approached us with this vehicle. And they already sold my vehicle trade. So I need some executive and upper management involvement in this to show Autonation actually cares for their customers and not just a dollar bill. More
