If your vehicle is in good running condition when you drop it off for a simple fuel pump n sensor replacement …PLEASE don’t take it here .. Unless you have three months to be car less and your car won’t start and you have to get it towed back home and…. The service mgr. tells you they can’t fix your vehicle so come pick it up and take it to a high performance center ? Did I mention minor damages on the exterior , damaged , drained batteries and oh yeah guess what the original diagnostic reading three months ago are still the same readings today …. So in that case did they actually repair my vehicle ? More

I just bought the brand new truck on the 6th and the CEL has come on 3 times now. Nobody from service will now answer my call or call me back like I have been told twice. And I called 3 different numbers for service and never got an answer on any. Even left a voicemail and don’t get a response. Truck has 500 miles on it. Brand new, CEL 3 times and nobody is being helpful. Lemon law has almost approached us with this vehicle. And they already sold my vehicle trade. So I need some executive and upper management involvement in this to show Autonation actually cares for their customers and not just a dollar bill. More

I had to get my transmission oil changed on my 2017 Duramax while i was at work delana was very helpful while i was asking questions while she was working with other customers while they were working Duramax while i was at work delana was very helpful while i was asking questions while she was working with other customers while they were working on my pickup and others. i was asking prices for other items then they found out i had a recall and also got that done in a timely manner. I also had her price me out some tires for our Tahoe, due to they need to be replaced here pretty soon. Also the mechanic that worked on getting the truck out early was very nice and respectful. More
