Took my Chevy Spark in for a diagnostic on the onboard computer, specifically to determine why my phone was not interfacing properly with the Android Auto function. First thing Jacque said when we walked in for our 4:30 pm appointment was, to another coworker "You take 'em, man, I'm out at 5." Turns out his coworker was out at 5 too, so Jacque in-processed our car and warned us that, in the course of 24 hours (Fri @ 4:30 to Sat @ 4:30) they might not be able to get to service it since Saturday was entirely booked out. I made it clear I absolutely HAD TO have it back on Saturday to get to work on Sunday. Agreed on, we left. At 5:30 on Friday night (I thought he left at 5?) Jacque called to say that the technician servicing the car said the issue might be an aftermarket cable being used, not a Samsung cable, to connect the phone and the car. Fair enough; I asked them to check the system anyway and agreed, again, to pick it up Saturday. Saturday at 3:30 pm, no call from this dealership so we drove over to get the car. It had not been serviced at all except to notice the cable issue and call us. Jacque was not there, but the technician who worked with us couldn't find the paperwork or key for some time because it wasn't clear where Jacque had left it. All is well! They found the key, and we took the car (still not connecting properly to Android Auto no matter what cable I have tried, Samsung or otherwise) home. No harm, no foul; no hazardous conditions exist, the car is safe and drivable, I can purchase another Samsung cable and use work-arounds until then. However, from a customer service perspective, an utter fail. We will not return to AutoNation. More

I took my truck there for some repairs, about 17hrs of billable time. After 2 months went by I was told it was ready. Had to Take it back the same day after paying them over $6200. The truck set there for another 30days and no one did anything about the issues that were never fixed. I had to pull the vehicle today after being screwed over for a total of 3months. Truck is still not repaired and will go to another shop. I've been in this industry for over 30 years. This was the Worst experience ever in my life that I've had it a dealer. I cannot begin to tell you what a failure the service dept. And management is here. The parts department however is excellent, they kept me well informed. More
It’s not the dealers total fault but my car was stolen by an outsider while -parked at the dealer by the dealer’s people.
