This is the last time I will return to this location because I feel that I am not being dealt with honestly. I find myself having to research online and it contradicts everything that is told to me. There seems to be a constant upcharge and how much more money can be taken and why I didn't get buy an extended warranty. I would rather take my car twice a far away to another location where I believe more trusting relationship and feel more heard and understood by the service technicians and manager. Disappointing.
