I have taken it in multiple times and the manager told me he does not know what the issue is. The customer service is awful at this location.

Sorry I will not be using your Dealership. The experience I received as a customer was not how things should have been handled. Why would I want to return there, as something is only being done because of this review. There are more Chevy dealers around who will treat customers right.
