I was called by a salesmen telling me I have to leave my car for the oil change, He asked did you have appointment? I had a 7am appointment, I said no I will not leave it. I took my car in because I needed some work on it before the warranty expired. This tall guy name Obie was very rude and unprofessional about the process. He act like he wasn't concerned about my issues.. W the warranty expired. This tall guy name Obie was very rude and unprofessional about the process. He act like he wasn't concerned about my issues.. We had to get the manager involved. His named was Ben. Ben took great care of my issues which were extremely minor. A new cabin filter and a small crack in our windshield.. He was very professional..
