Hello This was the worst experience I have had at Autonation. My advisor is usually on top of things but not today. I made an appointment on my Chevy app and then when I arrived my advisor said it wo Autonation. My advisor is usually on top of things but not today. I made an appointment on my Chevy app and then when I arrived my advisor said it would be a 2 hour wait to get in for oil change. What's the purpose of an appointment? I was told there was a glitch in the system. Well then block it out. Then my tires were not even rotated, there was no complimentary sanitize inside either. Plus I told him I had several free oil changes. He went to sales and came back and said no you only have 2 so you will need to pay. Then I said if I only have 2 then why haven't I paid before and why is it when another advisor looks it up it's different. Shame on me for not bringing in the business cards of YRON EVANS who gave me unlimited oil changes. Yes I know he is not there anymore. So you don't honor this?? I used to get a complimentary wash on the outside nope didn't get that either. My advisor I guess was sick of me so he gave me my paperwork and said just dont worry about it. Yes I left and there is no way I can recommend this dealership to anyone more with this type of service. I have had several family members purchase vehicles there but the service has gone downhill. More

Took the vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a safety issue. They couldn't address the safety issue, because "They scheduled too many vehicles for service and it will take a couple days to look a safety issue. It took TWO HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation. I will not be going back. More
I have been going to AutoNation for at least 8 yrs and couldn't be happier. I Just had to bring my Silverado in and have them check it out to see if I had a issue. I drive a Honda but go to the Chevrolet dealership to service my vehicle. They never have anything my car needs in stock because of the obvious it’s not a Chevrolet. I had a 10:30 appointment for 2 tires service my vehicle. They never have anything my car needs in stock because of the obvious it’s not a Chevrolet. I had a 10:30 appointment for 2 tires to be changed which is a 20-30 minute job. They took over 3 hours to complete the job. This is crazy! I was not the only one waiting this long. There was another customer with a suburban waiting longer than I was for something simple as well. The service time sucks and needs to be improved. More
