Jacque and Liz go above-and-beyond for folks, here's my most recent experience...I dropped my car off on 12/9 a little bit before 7 AM; Liz was already in the office, answering the phone, and offering to h most recent experience...I dropped my car off on 12/9 a little bit before 7 AM; Liz was already in the office, answering the phone, and offering to help those of us in the lobby. I left my keys at Jacque's desk and left. Shortly thereafter, Jacque promptly texted me to let me know my car was done and that I could pick it up at my leisure. Unfortunately, work got away from me and I ended up picking up my car at around 5 PM. Jacque was actually out assisting another customer at the time but Liz was at her station and had just finished putting the phone down and the paperwork away for another customer when she warmly offered to help me out as well. Liz looked like she hadn't missed a beat since having seen her nearly 10 hours before - despite all the multi-tasking and routine craziness of the day, she kept that same "proverbial" energy in again providing me with a kind, warm welcome, and quickly handling my needs as a customer despite an undoubtedly very busy day. Very impressed and appreciated. Jacque actually walked-in right at the end of my encounter with Liz and of course being the always stellar Service Advisor that he is, he asked me how I was and if everything was on the up and up. I've been working with Jacque for years; Jacque is an asset to AutoNation Chevrolet and a Service Advisor of integrity, someone that you can not only trust, but count on to ensure your vehicle gets taken care of. To put this in perspective, Jacque had literally just finished assisting another customer but was willing to check on me and make sure that all was well before I left with my vehicle. Appreciate you Jacque, thank you for always caring. At the end of the day, Jacque and Liz proved yet again why I will always have my car serviced at AutoNation Chevrolet. Thank you both for yet again ensuring that I had a 5 star experience. More

We purchased a custom Corvette from AutoNation on Semoran Orlando in 2021. We brought it in for regular service and the tech ran into wall, causing damage to the hood, lower jumper and grill. Not only did the tech not tell us (we found it at home), two weeks later NOTHING. Even though the dealership admitted what happened when we went in as there are cameras throughout, they have yet to fix the car or provide a loaner vehicle which was promised. Did I mention we had to have TOWED to the dealership as it was wrecked and oil was leaking all over the garage. What a nightmare! I saved for 3 years to buy this for my husband as a 50th birthday gift and now we have a damaged vehicle with zero customer support. Do not buy a car from them, do not get service there and def do not buy a special service contract. Happy to provide pictures! More
