We enjoyed the process of our purchase. We initially came in for a service to our xxx and noticed the Escalade. We had not really intended to get an Escalade (I'm a TAHOE girl), but my husband kept sending m in for a service to our xxx and noticed the Escalade. After going in to look at the vehicle, I was pretty well sold, but wanted to consider my options. Rich was very helpful and there was NO high pressure (like is most dealerships). I intended to go look at the new Tahoes too, but we really fell in love with the Escalade. We have very busy schedules and Rich was helpful to prepare everything we wanted over the phone. He was prepared for the finalization of the sale at our convenience and made everything run smoothly. After the sale I had to go back to pick up a few items we ordered and Rich offered to detail the truck and gas it up for us - this is above and beyond service in my opinion. Maroone Cadillac offered a high level of service, Rich is very personable and was never PUSHY. We will buy from him again when we are ready to get a new xxx. More
