I'm a disabled vet and I took my 2022 Equinox for an oil change and checked out completely for a long trip. A week later my car turned off at the drive thru banking, I called on star to have it towed to the change and checked out completely for a long trip. A week later my car turned off at the drive thru banking, I called on star to have it towed to the dealership. I was told by tow truck driver he has been towing equinox cars for fuel pump module problems, I'm glad this happened at the bank and not while driving in the Dallas freeway. My advisor said my car would take about a week to be repaired. There are no loaners or rental cars provided by the dealership. I'm very disappointed in AutoNation Chevrolet More
I’ll never buy another Chevrolet truck. Needed lifters replaced and torque converter went out at 135,000 miles. I replaced radio twice. Finally went to an aftermarket Kenwood. My service advisor Russell was very helpful and kept me informed and updated throughout my service experience. Everyone is so welcoming and attentive at this location. Bad Bad Bad experience with this service dept, again! ! As soon as I got there no one greeted me and the guy who checked me in (that was sitting next to David) was arguing with me that I didn't need an oi ! As soon as I got there no one greeted me and the guy who checked me in (that was sitting next to David) was arguing with me that I didn't need an oil change. It is not HIS car so if I want to pay for an oil change they should not argue but I was nice and professional because I work at a boat dealership so I know service writers do not have an easy job. But No communication what so ever and the lady who answers the phone was even rude, put me on hold while I was still talking to her because my service writer did not call me all day. He kept my vehicle overnight without even informing me!!!! I had bought a vehicle years ago from Auto Nation Cadillac and had the worst service then and swore I would never go back even though I had pre-paid for oil changes, never went back to get them. Years later I wanted to give y'all another try hoping you were better BUT NOPE! I just bought a brand New Cadillac Blackwing and I wanted to make sure I took it to someone that knows the brand but I doubt I will go back. More
