I visited Auto Nation Chevrolet for a code I got on my 2020 blazer. I was greeted by a man named Jason in service, Jason had me in and out and truly gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received at 2020 blazer. When truck was dropped off. Price for service was quoted at $179. When vehicle was picked up, there was an additional charge of $26.97 for Misc. Charges. When challenged, the cashier politely stated that this always a charge. I asked to speak to the service manager. I explained by point of view to him, expressing my displeasure. He offered to refund the $26.97 but I declined. I believe this is a system problem that needs to be addressed. More
I was very pleased with my service advisor Russell Mcilwain, he constantly kept me up to date with the progress of the repair of my vehicle and also had to deal with my warranty company.
