Great customer service. They were ready for my vehicle at the designated appointment time and handled the oil change etc that day. Took 9 hours to change the oil and perform a battery check on my vehicle, even with an appointment set. Was informed to head back to the dealership and that my car would be ready. Arrived and was then check on my vehicle, even with an appointment set. Was informed to head back to the dealership and that my car would be ready. Arrived and was then told that my car was being worked on and that it would be 20 more minutes. 45 minutes later I was still waiting for my vehicle. Asked for my starter to be checked when I dropped it off.... it was not checked. More
It’s been almost a year since I’ve purchased my vehicle here @ AutoNation Chevrolet Cadillac South Corpus Christi & I will be honest, it was a difficult & bumpy start going thru the buying process that led here @ AutoNation Chevrolet Cadillac South Corpus Christi & I will be honest, it was a difficult & bumpy start going thru the buying process that led all the way thru into my 1st service appt.,but then until now,.it’s been well worth it. Anna has been my ‘go to’ advisor since day 1,.all the way until now. Not only is she very knowledgeable w/what she does..but she has made sure that all of my vehicles needs have been taken care of & maintained. She doesn’t hesitate to help me when I have questions concerning my vehicle or when it’s being serviced. She makes me feel comfortable & not rushed like a lot of other places/people do & I’m always greeted w/a warm smile whether it be early morning when she says, “Good morning” or later afternoon when she ends with, “Have a good day!” Some of their shuttle crew members like Freddy & even 1 of their main bosses,.Randy..have even made it a point to come out each time I’ve been there getting my vehicle serviced to ask if I’ve already been taken care of or if there was anything that I needed help with. Their team has been amazing & we’re happy to be apart of their AutoNation family. We will definitely be going back for our future vehicle purchases! More
