My advisor Russell McW did his best to keep me updated on my warranty & recall. There were other factors that did NOT involve him that took that extra ⭐️ away. They were at the end of a GM strike that had pa my warranty & recall. There were other factors that did NOT involve him that took that extra ⭐️ away. They were at the end of a GM strike that had parts delayed. My car was there for about 32 days. I was given a rental car for the last 11 days when it was determined that a particular part that was needed did not arrived when expected. I don’t know if this is nationwide Cadillac or just specific to this area; but having a Cadillac AT a Cadillac dealership is not the same. You will have to wait behind all the other brands that they service in order to have your vehicle worked on. Since Covid, the loaner program seems to have stopped? I’m happy with the work performed on my car. The advisor went beyond when he asked me to come back about a week later to take some pics of my car. He topped off my tank with gasoline. That was much appreciated. More

I’m really disappointed in the Cadillac dealer in Corpus Christi. My car is new and under warranty. It was making a weird noise so I called to get it in. I was told that I would have to drop it off and it t Christi. My car is new and under warranty. It was making a weird noise so I called to get it in. I was told that I would have to drop it off and it takes 4-5 days for a diagnostic. I said that’s fine I’ll take a loaner car. They said they don’t do that I have to rent my own car!!! I told them my car is new and under a full warranty so why would I have to rent a car. So I rented a car, $450! I go to pick my car up when it’s ready. The drivers floor mat was black from workers shoes and be carpet is now stained black!!!! The service guy then tells me it was some kind of fluid that I needed and it could take 3-4 times to get the levels corrected!!! I said so I just need to call and they will know what’s wrong then? He said no!! I need to bring it in and get a diagnosis like I did the first time!!! So every time I need to bring my car in I have to rent a car!!! Before we moved to corpus, we looked at what car Dealers were here so I could get good service! I’m so annoyed with Cadillac that I told my husband I want to sell my car and get Mercedes or Tesla cuz they have wayyy better service!!! More
