There is nothing wrong with the service but Jason Wilson is THE WORST service advisor. My truck was there for three months and he would not give me updates on my truck! I would call him several times a week is THE WORST service advisor. My truck was there for three months and he would not give me updates on my truck! Mr Flores communicated with me via text concerning other services needed and I advised him to take of them. I have two vehicles a 2015 Traverse and a 2008 Silverado both bought new and Autonation has always serviced them with dedication and professionalism.
