There is nothing wrong with the service but Jason Wilson is THE WORST service advisor. My truck was there for three months and he would not give me updates on my truck! I would call him several times a week is THE WORST service advisor. My truck was there for three months and he would not give me updates on my truck! I would call him several times a week and he would never return my phone calls. Plus they would not give me a rental car... for three months! More
I commend Autonation Chevrolet 6650 South Padre Island Drive for providing exception above and beyond service. I made an appointment for 10/31/2022 to service my 2008 Silverado and when I arrived was gree Drive for providing exception above and beyond service. I made an appointment for 10/31/2022 to service my 2008 Silverado and when I arrived was greeted by Mr. David Flores who went over all the information I had provided with professional expertise. Mr Flores communicated with me via text concerning other services needed and I advised him to take of them. I have two vehicles a 2015 Traverse and a 2008 Silverado both bought new and Autonation has always serviced them with dedication and professionalism. I will continue to get my vehicles serviced at Autonation and can say anyone needing professional service Autonation is the place to go. More
