Oil change was done in a timely manner but had issues afterwards. Oil dipstick was left out causing my check engine light to turn on 30 minutes after leaving the dealership that ended up making mess und afterwards. Oil dipstick was left out causing my check engine light to turn on 30 minutes after leaving the dealership that ended up making mess under my hood. Took my car back to the dealership to have the mess cleaned up and top of my fluids unfortunately there was still a mess under my hood. More
Not happy about taking my vehicle in for remote programming and then 5 days later get told my vehicle battery is not holding a charge and I have to get it replaced before they can continue with the programming and then 5 days later get told my vehicle battery is not holding a charge and I have to get it replaced before they can continue with the remote learn I had not had any issues with my vehicle battery prior to taking it for service and I wasn’t even offered a replacement or a discount of any kind I was just told that it needed to be replaced before they can finish the remote programing very unprofessional and will do everything in my power to not bring my vehicle back here. Service department is very much none customer satisfaction. They are only drawing a pay check. David Flores does not do anything to help with customers needs.
