Not happy about taking my vehicle in for remote programming and then 5 days later get told my vehicle battery is not holding a charge and I have to get it replaced before they can continue with the programming and then 5 days later get told my vehicle battery is not holding a charge and I have to get it replaced before they can continue with the remote learn I had not had any issues with my vehicle battery prior to taking it for service and I wasn’t even offered a replacement or a discount of any kind I was just told that it needed to be replaced before they can finish the remote programing very unprofessional and will do everything in my power to not bring my vehicle back here. Thank you More
Service department is very much none customer satisfaction. They are only drawing a pay check. David Flores does not do anything to help with customers needs. Our truck broke down while we were far from home with our travel trailer. Anna understood how hard it is in a strange city when you don’t know what to do and where to go.
