I recently dropped off my vehicle to have my A/C serviced. It was completed and was working perfectly. I really appreciate all the hard work it went into diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed serviced. It was completed and was working perfectly. On May 4, 2023, 0800 AM delivered my 2015 Traverse to AutoNation Chevrolet for service and inspection, I checked in with Ms. Anna Rodriquez a top professional, courteous, respectful and dedicated. I advi AutoNation Chevrolet for service and inspection, I checked in with Ms. Anna Rodriquez a top professional, courteous, respectful and dedicated. I advised her of my maintenance problems and service requests which she had already recorded from my appointment. As I was about to leave she brought to my attention an engine service light which indicated a another problem. I want to thank Ms. Anna Rodriquez for her through analysis which later proved to be a bad purge valve. Additionally, I want to thank the very professional service technician that repaired my vehicle and completed all my service requests and had my vehicle ready for pickup the same day. I highly recommend AutoNation to everyone that wants top quality service, fast friendly professionals, prices that are budget friendly and a overall organization that in my opinion is the very best auto service department in Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend. As a retired Navy military officer I say BRAVO ZULU AutoNation, "Well Done". More
I had the 60,000 mile service done on my 2018 Equinox. No surprises because Angel Pena, my service advisor, told me what was truly needed and what the technician would recommend after looking it. I ended No surprises because Angel Pena, my service advisor, told me what was truly needed and what the technician would recommend after looking it. I ended up taking care of a few things that were needed and postponing one thing that wasn't urgent until the next time I come in. Very satisfied with the work done. More
Steer clear of this stealership, they won't even help you pull your pants back up after they finish screwing you. First off it took 2 1/2 hours to complete 30 minutes wort of work when I had a scheduled appo pull your pants back up after they finish screwing you. First off it took 2 1/2 hours to complete 30 minutes wort of work when I had a scheduled appointment, the work was barely started two hours after my arrival. After my vehicle was finally pulled out and I visited the advisor to do the paperwork I was appalled by the total amount for just an oil change, that didn't even include a tire rotation. The advisor reviewed the charges on the ticket and said that there was DEF added which they never asked if I wanted it topped off nor did I authorize. I explained that I had just dispensed a box approximately two weeks before my visit and should have been around a half tank. The $25 in charges for the DEF fluid were removed, while still in shock from the total amount I reluctantly paid so I could be on my way to my next appointment I was already late for. I get in my vehicle, start it and scroll down to the DEF fluid level before I drive away. The gauge was one mark below a half tank which is exactly the amount that I put in two weeks ago, the amount they added to the ticket would have been enough to fill the tank from empty. So in conclusion, they attempted to charge me for something that they didn't even put in my vehicle. This leaves me wondering if they even changed the oil, filter or topped off the rest of the fluids that are normally checked during an oil change. More
