My advisor Russell McW did his best to keep me updated on my warranty & recall. There were other factors that did NOT involve him that took that extra ⭐️ away. I was given a rental car for the last 11 days when it was determined that a particular part that was needed did not arrived when expected. I don’t know if this is nationwide Cadillac or just specific to this area; but having a Cadillac AT a Cadillac dealership is not the same. You will have to wait behind all the other brands that they service in order to have your vehicle worked on. Since Covid, the loaner program seems to have stopped? I’m happy with the work performed on my car. The advisor went beyond when he asked me to come back about a week later to take some pics of my car. He topped off my tank with gasoline. That was much appreciated. More
