These generic computer related responses are just another sign that they don't care about the customer. If customer satisfaction was an actual concern, they have my information on file and someone would have reached out to me personally. After reading other customers reponses after attempting to contact the dealership to discuss their corcerns just leads to a dead end road and falls on deaf ears so no thanks, y'all have wasted enough of my time.
