I took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. I waited at the dealership for almost 2hrs. When I got the truck back and I paid for the service, to make long story short. Tires were not rotated an I waited at the dealership for almost 2hrs. When I got the truck back and I paid for the service, to make long story short. Tires were not rotated and oil was dangerously low. They refund me what I paid and re service the truck again. Don't know if this is something normal or a one time thing, but charging money for service that is not done is unacceptable. Maybe the service department needs more attention, maybe a Quality assurance person to check the maintenance is done write and properly. More
