The Dealership needs to conduct better customer service training for each of its employees. The customer should always be taken care of and given updates instead of us trying to call with no avail. This starts with the Service Manager Randy Rogers, who also did not return any of the calls. They give excuses as to why the vehicle hasn’t been attended to by a Technician and information that is no concern of ours. When making the appointment for a specific issue, the Dealership should have the experienced Technician available at the time of appointment to handle the problem in order to have the vehicle returned to the customer within the same day, especially when the vehicle is dropped off at 8:00 am, given them a full day to work on it. Absolutely horrible, my Escalade was schedule for service on the 20th for 45,000 mile maintenance and loud popping noise Front suspension. The vehicle wasn’t even looked at for 4 days then I was told they on the 20th for 45,000 mile maintenance and loud popping noise Front suspension. The vehicle wasn’t even looked at for 4 days then I was told they didn’t know the issue so had to wait for the master tech to look at it. I had to call everyday and most days couldn’t get return call. I left messages w the manager and there are 2 neither called me back. The 7th day i went in person to speak to the manager. 1 hour later he graciously blessed me with his presence. I told him 7 days without a vehicle is not acceptable and got a loner car. I was told later that evening that is was just a missing bolt. This was only the 4th time this vehicle has been is your service department and the 2nd time for the noise. When I went to pick up the vehicle I called Raymond service tech and informed I was returning the rental. He sent a great guy to pick me up. Can’t remember he name but very professional. When I arrived I had to wait another hour before I could get My vehicle if after calling 30 mins ahead. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had w any dealership. This is one of the few Bad reviews I’ve written. Please do your homework and see how many vehicles and times me or my wife have used Autonation.
