I feel like I’m being treated like family and trust them like I trust my dad. They always are able to get us in, and this is saying a lot because our schedule is not very accommodating. They also provide competitive pricing. This location is worth the drive I have to get there, and it gives me comfort to know my car is in such good hands. More
Customer service rep Joey is great, but the time waiting and the trip out for us was a bust. I know something is wrong with the front end and I understand about process of elimination. So they wanted to do and the trip out for us was a bust. I know something is wrong with the front end and I understand about process of elimination. So they wanted to do a rotate and balance to see if that corrected the shaky front end. Well 127 dollars later and the problem is still there. So I have to make around round trip over 2 hours drive to drop off the car so they diagnose and look further into it. I even emailed ahead of time to request a service loaner car and then I would be okay leaving my car with them. I really think they should plan things out just a bit better and make it easier on the customer. Well the big picture is I will take my car back and hopefully they get to the route of the problem and me and my family are back on the road safely. More

This maybe could have easily been a 1 star, but most of the associates we worked with were good and overly friendly, even the one that completely dropped the ball. This has nothing to do with not finding the problem, but the fact it took 3 weeks of no communication before we ran it up the ladder and finally had some action taken. We do understand stuff happens, but after 8-10 unanswered and unreturned calls and 3 weeks, we had no choice but to find someone who would. I am sure the dealership at a whole is good, but this experience for us was not. This is our closest GMC dealer and we have multiple so rather disappointing. More
