They have NO IDEA what they are doing!!! Problem never solved! I Do NOT recommend this dealership or service department at all! It's very hard to give a rating because the work was never performed. I brought my car the first time and was told they had to order the part. I made an appointment for the following Friday. I brought the car in on Thursday evening for the 9:00 am Friday appointment. I called Friday evening several times (no answer). I called several times Sat. (no answer). Someone answered the phone Saturday evening and told me the tech had gone home and had not even started working on my car. I needed the car, so I went and picked it up again. I was told that I would be called to reschedule. It's Thursday evening now. Still no call. More

This was my first visit to the service dept. and it was great. They gave me the appointment time that I needed when I called. When I got there they really listened to the problems that I was having and great. They gave me the appointment time that I needed when I called. When I got there they really listened to the problems that I was having and asked questions. Then they gave me a ride home. Nate called later with an est. for the repairs and said that my truck would be ready at 4pm that day. He arranged to have me picked up and brought back to the dealer at that time. The price was fair and the service was first rate. I have had problems at other dealers before but not here. I will be back the next time I need service or have a problem. The staff there really know what they are doing. Thanks Nate! Lance More
