Took 6 hours for them to determine that the wireless charger needed to be replaced. Had to reschedule for when parts would come in. Scheduled an appointment with Austen before leaving for 8/30. Came in this morning and was told they had no record of my appointment and that I'd have to wait all day or reschedule. Disappointed in the level of service at this dealership. I guess I'll be here all day again and don't think I'll be returning for service or for new vehicle purchase at dealership in the future. More
2 1/2 months have gone by and my registration is no where to be found. I have left 4 voicemails for help and to get a tracking number and no one is calling me back. Also on the 2nd day I owned the truck the technology went completely out…no display, no back up camera, no onstar, no Apple car play nothing. Had to take to a random shop off the highway to get it fixed. More
To me purchasing a new car is always a painful ordeal but this time while it took 3-4 hours to finalize everything it went smoothly and was a good as it could be. The wide selection of cars was impressive but the showroom lacked ADA was poor especially the handicap parking locations with no ramp near the front entrance. This needs to be improved or at least a sign to the side entrance. More

I had the worst experience at this dealership. When buying the truck I had pointed out my concern about the fact that the rotors and breaks weren’t in good condition. They later kept insisting that the truck still passes inspection and that they will not change the breaks or rotors. After I bought the truck, it started throwing me warnings that something was wrong with it. I took it to the services and they had told me they would had never passed inspections on the truck. It was in there for a week getting the suspension serviced and the breaks changed. When I received the truck they had only changed the breaks on the front, this whole situation was stressful cause they kept pushing the date on when I was going to receive my truck and their communication wasn’t the best at all. More
