John Wong was very helpful and courteous. He took time explaining to me what needed to be done and why to keep my vehicles in good running condition. What’s the point of having an appointment. My car 2020 Encore GX has only 11000 miles on it. Then I get a stupid email that they want to give me a cash offer for the car. More
Just horrific. After initially being told that the problem with the used car we just bought would "work itself out over time" (yes, on a 3 year old car), we got the After initially being told that the problem with the used car we just bought would "work itself out over time" (yes, on a 3 year old car), we got them to take the car in for service under its 90 day warranty. Even though the issue with the car wasn't mechanical or safety related, they kept the car while waiting on parts. And waited. And waited. All the while telling us the part would be in tomorrow or the next day. Getting them to answer the phone or return a call or email was lost hope. After over a week with no car, the GM kindly agreed to get us a rental. Even that was problematic as we told them we needed it in the am (to pick up family from the airport) she assured me the tech would be in at 7am to handle it. By noon we hadn't heard anything so just showed up at the dealership where they took care of the rental smoothly, but with no mention of the fact that they hadn't done what was promised. After many complaints, they finally had us take our (still unrepaired) car back until the parts arrived. Which should have been their policy since day 1, BTW. We then waited for them to contact us that the parts had arrived. 13 days later they still hadn't reached out so I contacted them. Yeah, the part had been in for a week already. Once we brought our car back to them the fix itself took only a few hours, yet the process was over a month long with zero communication and many fits and starts. Unless someone has a gun to your head, don't even think of having them work on your vehicle. More
My Terrain was recalled for lights - went to dealership 3 times with scheduled appointments and you say you don't have the part. First to see if I qualify (they never ordered the part). Second trip cuz they didn't order the part, so ordered it. Appointment yesterday and after 1.5 hour wait - with an appointment - they tell me they don't have the part. Why do you ask me to come in if you don't have the part? Been there 3 times so far and vehicle is still not fixed. I've never experienced service like this in the 55 years I've been driving a car. Needless to say, I will never recommend you guys, yet buy a car, and have already told friends about this experience. More
