AutoNation Buick GMC West Sahara - Service Center

I have been going to this dealer for years and even both my GMC from them. Made an appointment for an oil change for Saturday and was planning on waiting for the car. When I was driving to the dealer, my ch my GMC from them. Made an appointment for an oil change for Saturday and was planning on waiting for the car. When I was driving to the dealer, my check engine light came on so when I arrived for my appointment I asked if they could also check on the status of the check engine light. I was told that I would need to leave the car for 2-3 days to have the check engine light work done but that my oil change would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Then I found out that the tech guy as already on lunch and my oil change would possible take 2 hours. Why make an appointment? I cancelled my appointment and left with no work being completed. A complete waste of a Saturday. More
