When I was driving to the dealer, my check engine light came on so when I arrived for my appointment I asked if they could also check on the status of the check engine light. I was told that I would need to leave the car for 2-3 days to have the check engine light work done but that my oil change would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Then I found out that the tech guy as already on lunch and my oil change would possible take 2 hours. Why make an appointment? I cancelled my appointment and left with no work being completed. A complete waste of a Saturday. More
